About Dragoș Militaru
Dragoș Militaru is a 36-year-old football manager from Romania. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Unirea Alba Iulia, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Chindia Târgovişte, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Romania.
