Deon Burton is a 49-year-old football manager from Jamaica. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages West Bromwich Albion U23, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management.
