About Diego Placente
Diego Placente is a 49-year-old Argentine football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Argentina U17, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Argentina U20, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Argentine football on the international stage.
