About D. Kapinkovski
D. Kapinkovski is a 50-year-old football manager from Macedonia. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Pelister, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed FYR Macedonia U17 y North Macedonia U18, gaining experience across different competitive contexts.
