About Cespedes
Cespedes is a 48-year-old Spanish football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Guizhou Zhucheng Athletic, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Dalian Kuncheng City, Guangxi Pingguo Haliao and Nanjing City, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Spanish football on the international stage.
