Cao Sỹ Cường is a 42-year-old football manager from Vietnam. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Quảng Nam, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Vietnam.
