About Blendi Shkembi
Blendi Shkembi is a 46-year-old football manager from Albania. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Struga, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Tirana y Teuta Durrës, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. He is regarded as one of the most influential modern coaches to have come from Albania.
