About Aleksey Belik
Aleksey Belik is a 45-year-old Ukrainian football manager. He belongs to a new wave of modern coaches, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Shakhtar Donetsk U19, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. His contribution has left a lasting mark on contemporary football, particularly among managers from Ukraine.
