Álvaro Teixeira Pacheco is a 54-year-old Portuguese football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Casa Pia, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management.
