About Alen Horvat
Alen Horvat is a 52-year-old Croatian football manager. He belongs to the experienced generation of European managers, a period defined by the tactical evolution of the modern game. He currently manages Al Dhafra, where he is responsible for tactical decisions, match preparation and dressing-room management. Earlier in his career he also managed Al Batin, gaining experience across different competitive contexts. His work has helped cement the reputation of Croatian football on the international stage.
